Job Description

  • A prop-tech in the construction space seeks for a skilled Key Account Manager to drive strategic sales, accounts closing, oversee the relationship’s of the company with its most important clients.
  • These would be clients in the real estate, construction and industrial development space
  • You will be responsible for obtaining new real estate developers, contractors, procurement managers, construction managers, corporate organizations etc. maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements and helping them successfully make purchases via the company’s platform.
  • The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers.
  • You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
  • The goal would be to contribute in sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads and retain existing clients.
  • Create new pipeline in target industries and convert them into Platform users
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times and build sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Sales and Key Account Management role
  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / MSc in Marketing, Sales or other Business Management Related roles
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Experience using CRMs and other tech skills, is of great advantage
