Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates and performing reference checks.
• Maintained calendars of the HR management team.
• Assist with performance management procedures.
• Schedule meetings, HR events and maintain agendas
• Assisting in the orientation exercise and updating records of new staff.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience as an HR assistant.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• outstanding administrative and communication skills.
