Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Abuja

Job Description

• Ensure all day-to-day operations of the company are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee storage efficiency.
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
• Identify potential problems and points of friction, and work to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue
• Performs other related duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or any other field
• Minimum of three years as an Operations Manager or related experience required
• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
