- We’re on the lookout for an experienced HR Officer with 3-4 years Human Resources experience in retail/FMCG.
Responsibilities
As an HR Officer you will be responsible for:
- Provide a full generalist HR support, administration and reporting.
- Effective recruitment, selection, and on-boarding
- Effective management of the performance management system
- Effective coordination of training and development within the business unit(s)
- Effective handling of all poor performance and IR-related matters
- Effective administration, data management and reporting
- Effective teamwork and self-management
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you should:
- Candidates should possess an HR Degree / Higher Diploma in HR
- Must have 3-4 years Human Resources experience in retail/FMCG
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to apply creative thinking for overcoming challenges
- Time management
- Administration skills
- Process management
