We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Performance Instrumentalist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Function: PMI Office (GEDC)
Reporting to: PMIC
Organizational Chart: Project Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator (PMEC)

Purpose of the Job (Brief)

  • As a Performance Measurement Instrumentation Analyst, the staff will be responsible for developing performance measurement/instrumentation frameworks, compilation of monthly/quarterly/annual performance measurement reports while using the gathered data to develop actionable insights that will help identify and mitigate operational risks, as well as improve existing and implement new, more efficient and improved measurement plans.

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 Key Responsibilities)
Expected Key Results (Detailed KPIs) Key Activities:

  • Internal Service Level Agreement compilation and Monitoring
  • Engage Divisions/Departments and ensure the sign-off of all KPIs and SLAs Company wide
  • Monitor and evaluate performance on a departmental, Divisional and Company level.
  • Document changes and communicate same to all stakeholders real time

Monitoring Management:

  • Getting acquainted with our KPIs and documenting & monitoring newly established ones as needed
  • Analyzing departmental and company-wide performance reports periodically and on-demand
  • Comparing results of your analyses to company and departmental goals
  • Reporting on observed performance drops or stagnation
  • Establishing new or suggesting improvements in existing departmental practices
  • Result Analysis, Evaluation & Reporting Analyzing performance of different Divisions and providing reports to all stakeholders
  • identifying and addressing any issues, risk factors, and inefficiencies in our operational process, and proposing solutions to maximize efficiency where necessary

Reporting:

  • Submitting well documented performance Reports that cut across all Divisions/Departments Quarterly and Annually for review

Documentation:

  • Developing a Manual for Company- wide Operational
  • Processes, Key Performance Metrics & Service Level Agreement
  • Ensuring regular review of the manual and sign off of all new additions
  • Suggesting improvement tactics and corrective actions for the company’s operational procedures
  • Demonstrate (Key competencies)

Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Statistics, or a related field
  • Expert knowledge of document processing software (Google, Microsoft or Mac office suites), CRM software (such as Oracle NetSuite, and HubSpot CRM), and SQL
  • Solid communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good record keeping skills and attention to detail
  • Dynamic, energetic, motivated, positive outlook

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of varied experience in Performance Management, Instrumentation and Data Analytics
  • Sound understanding of PM Measurement and Reporting Other

Salary
N190,000 monthly
