Key Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all client briefs and projects as it relates to the entire HR value chain - Talent Management.
• The Candidate will also ensure the proactive resolution of all challenges that could hinder the smooth and prompt execution of all agreed initiatives.

Qualifications
Education:

• Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and other relevant certificates.

Experience:

• 6 - 7 years of working experience.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or related software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
