Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or professional certification is a plus.
- 5 years work experience.
- Strong Financial acumen and experience in related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management, stakeholders, and the board.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and risk management.
- Understanding of the leasing and outsourcing business models, regulations, and trends.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and drive growth.
- Experience with complex financial transactions, such as project financing, lease financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts and project economics.
