Job Description

• We are searching for a dedicated and committed leader to lead Our Team as the Head of School.
• This Role is a senior management position that reports directly to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, manage and supervise academic programs for pupils
• Maintain, develop and modify the curriculum to meet the needs of children enrolled in the school and remain current with development in the field
• Complete various tasks in meeting demands of this position.
• Developing the staff and daily management of activities of the school.
• Provide day- to- day leadership for the Teachers and work with staff to ensure high performance
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for Teachers.

Qualification And Skills

• First Degree in relevant Educational course or Administration
• Experience in administrative responsibility
• Minimum of 7 years Teaching experience.
• Member TRCN.
• Leadership & management skill
• Relationship and negotiation management skill
• Efficient Communication
• Experience working or volunteering with a non-profit organization is an added advantage.
