- A top Brand is searching for an innovative sales executive with a great analytical mind to improve sales and overall business growth.
- As the Sales Executive, you will assist the sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building the team.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls and help expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Developing your sales team through coaching, motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Build rapport and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven 3+ years of working Experience.
- Background experience: Logistics
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Complete understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Familiarity with sales tracking software and lead generation tools like Pipedrive, OptinMonster, Constant Contact and HubSpot CRM.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Knowledge of latest industry developments.
- Ability to offer excellent customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to upgrade sales tactics.
