Human Resource Manager Ref:HRSS/HRM Qualifications- Minimum of a First Degree in the Humanities or Social Sciences.
- A Masters Degree and/or Professional qualification would be an added advantage.
- Must be less than 45 years old at the time of submitting application.
- At least eight (8) years work experience as a Human Resource personnel in a well structured organization, three of which must have been as HR team lead.
Experience- Knowledge of Nigerian Labour laws
- Experience in recruitmnet and selection.
- Knowledge of other aspects of HR
- Knowledge of Staff welfare procedures.
- Experience in facilitating training programs.
- General Knowlwdge of applying Performance Management.
- Good interpersonal & Communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
