Job Title: Special Assistant to Chief Executive

Location: Abuja

Key Job Specs

  • Provide administrative/secretarial support services to the CEO.
  • Co-ordinate activities of other unit heads in the company and compile/generate Business Reports for use of the Chief Executive, and render services at top management meetings.
  • Ensure proper organization of the CEO office, equipment and requisites; and attend to his official/personal correspondence, contacts, visitors, etc.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate in Humanities, Law, Business Administration, etc.
  • MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with a busy Top Executive is required.

Attributes:

  • An excellent communicator.
  • Proficiency in use of essential computer application packages -Pleasant and honest personality.
  • Strong organizational skills, etc.
