Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Locations: Ikorodu & Ikoyi - Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Manage large amount of incoming phone calls
- Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Keeping customers record, interaction, transaction, comments and complaints
- Identify and access customers’ need to achieve satisfaction
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Processing forms, applications, and request
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- 1-2 years experience as a customer service representative
- Good communication: Written and verbal skills
- Should reside within the axis of either locations.
