We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cultural and Internal Communication Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Role

  • To support the development, implementation and assessment of all Culture and Internal Communications strategy & policies to support the organization’s strategic objectives and direction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop HR communication plan for group wide culture and engagement /change initiatives and ensures maintenance of same throughout the rollout process.
  • Conducts group wide survey through HR Services to assess the impact of culture and engagement / change initiatives.
  • Develops and implements an overall change management strategy for each major initiative that enables staff to own the change.
  • Develops and maintains the processes involved in legislation, regulations and trends to ensure that the Group HR is compliant at all times and to allow the organizationposition itself at the forefront of HR Service Delivery.
  • Updates processes according to changes in legislation and policies.
  • Provides Team Head with analysis, feedback and decision material to further improve the processes.
  • Ensures the application and communication of the diversity laws and policies.
  • Responsible for the internal communication portal.
  • Perform other function as assigned by Head, Culture & Communication.
