The
West Africa Association of customer service professionals - WAACSP is calling on
ECOWAS nationals within the above categories to apply and join Africa’s biggest customer service body as a Customer Service Coach / Instructor / Trainer.
The ECOWAS body is looking to license over 400 CS trainers within the next decade as dearth of customer service trainers have been identified by CS experts as core factor to declining quality of customer service/experience
and a major contributory factor the region keeps witnessing a continuous decline in state of customer experience.
Joining the
WAACSP Trainers Network (WTN) will give you the opportunity to impact CS education, access to trainings, CS certifications, program curriculum development and earn income doing all these.
The program, an 8 week online training program will see successful participant be licensed to:
- Join the WTN and earn income training with WAACSP.
- Be certified and licensed to offer customer service training as an individual to companies, corporations (public and private) across 12 ECOWAS countries.
Application for the 2023 cohort of Trainers is already on and closes in February.
