Job Description
By superior client service the incumbents will meet our clients' property / real estate needs by:
- Carrying out property sale and leases
- Property and facility management
- Determining the value of landed property and the various interests therein
- Handling related estate management issues
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND / BSc in Estate Management
- 2-3 years minimum experience in a similar position in a reputable organization
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools
- Technical knowledge of the property market
- Resourcefulness
- Self-driven
- Passionate about the job and professionalism
