O-ONE Conceptz is a Technology company that runs Communication Platform as a Service (CPAAS) company, enabling businesses, companies, schools, churches, and individuals to communicate with their target audience in real-time.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Success Associate

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Call and Receive calls from Customers
• Follow up with Customers.
• Respond to and send e-mails
• Respond to Live Chat inquiries
• Update CRM Records
• Answer simple queries swiftly and politely
• Escalate issues when and where necessary
• Maintain stipulated Call center KPI.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / B.Eng in Engineering, IT, Arts or Sciences
• Below 30 years of Age.

Skills Required:

• Must be internet and social media savvy
• Must be proficient in the use of computer especially Google Docs and MS Office packages
• Must be very proficient in the use of spoken and written English language.
