Job Description

• Create an inviting, effective, and growth-oriented learning environment.
• Engage pupils using an inquiry-based, integrated curriculum that inspires intellectual curiosity, reinforces the joy of learning, and enables all pupils to thrive.
• Develop meaningful relationships with pupils and parents that inspire children to love learning and make exceptional academic gains.
• Develop and issue educational content including notes, tests, and assignments.
• Supervise classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
• Deliver personalized instruction to each pupil by encouraging interactive learning.
• Plan and implement educational activities and events.
• Ensure your classroom is clean and orderly.
• Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports and term report cards.
• Evaluate and document students’ progress.
• Allocate and grade homework, assignments, and tests

Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc in Business Management, Admin Management, Accounting, Finance or another relevant Degree.
• Must have Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) experience.
• A minimum of (4) years of experience as a teacher or in similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of teaching methods and legal educational procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Very good communication skills are essential.
• Montessori Training is also an asset.
