Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (Talent Acquisition)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Support in developing an effective manpower and employee related issues and ensure no litigation of any such associated to VDT
- Support in determining critical profiles based on business requirement
- Based on manpower plan, identify recruitment needs and supports in the design of effective programme for selection and retention.
- Continually provide innovative ways to project the image of VDT as employer of choice via all media and special focus on social media
- Assist in maintaining headcount as per manpower plan.
- Develop strategies for key talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4-7 years experience
