We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head, Operations & I.T Support
Location: Lagos
Requirements
Candidate must have:
- A Bachelor's or (preferably) Master's Degree from a reputable educational institution in a relevant field.
- 8 years of Operations experience; with 5+ years of proven experience as Head of operations, Operations Director, or similar leadership role.
- Strong numerical & communication skills; both verbal and written.
- At least 3 years experience in a financial services company, preferably an asset management company or custodian.
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic business plans, particularly cost-reduction strategies from an improved process offering perspective.
- Experiences in leading operations/process improvement/change management/project management, a strong understanding of growth tactics, and a proven track record of working with high-performing teams.
- Certification in Project management and familiarity with project management tools.
- Experience with implementing IT systems and knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
- A strong understanding of ITIL/Azure fundamentals.
- Ability to work independently & within a team, assertive and persistent to solve problems and get results.
- Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.
