Position Summary
- The Head of Programs will oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of programs including planning, organizing, leading, and monitoring & evaluation.
Job Descriptions
- Plan the delivery of programs and its activities In accordance with the mission, vision and the goals of the organization.
- Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization.
- Ensure that program activities comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards in Nigeria.
- Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to gain community support for programs, increase partnerships and solicit inputs to
- improve the activities.
- Monitor the program activities on a regular/routine basis and conduct an annual evaluation according to the program evaluation framework
Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Undergraduate and Post-graduate University Degree in Social Sciences, Educational Management or Project Management or related fields.
- 5 to 7 years experience in a related field and role.
- Proficiency in the use of computer for Word processing, Presentation, Simple accounting. Databases, Spreadsheets, E-mail, Internet.
- Knowledge, skills and abilities in program management, fundraising, grants management and community development.
