Job Summary

  • We are looking for a competitive Field/Outdoor/Outside Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients.
  • The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas and also research sales competition.

Job Responsibilities

  • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
  • Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
  • Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
  • Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
  • Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
  • Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred.
  • 2-5 years proven outside sales experience, particularly in a B2B environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Understanding of common sales techniques and theory, including sales funnel
  • Ability and willingness to travel for trade shows, demonstrations and client meetings
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and detail-oriented.
