We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complaints.
  • Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively whilst answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Candidates must have quality Focus.
  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively.
  • Strong phone contatct handling skills and active listening.
