Field Officer at Front Track Logistic

Front Track Logistic is a logistic company which provides haulage services to companies of various sizes across multiple industries. We deploy trailers to manufacturing companies from our platform of registered transporters and deliver our clients goods nationwide. Currently we have over 30 transporters on our platform and still onboarding more as demand will always exceed supply of trucks in the FMCG sector.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Officer

Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Providing trucks to fulfill our clients’orders as directed and in line with the organization’s policies.
• Transporter, Truck and Driver Signups:first point of contact for transporter and truck signups and ensuring their conversion and retention activities are in line with the organization’s policies.
• Technical duties:quality assurance tasks, identifies visible issues with trucks and confirms fitness for work.
• Coordinating loading operations:work with client’s employees onsite, drivers, motor boys,and so on to ensure efficient and smooth loading operations.
• Journey management:always interfacing with drivers while on trip,when there are delays, or other issues, relaying info to supervisors, who in turn forward to customer excellence officers when due.
• Collection and submission of waybills.
• Responsible for training and supervising new field operatives.
• Sending reports on daily orders to the Admin for documentation

Salary
N20,000 - N25,000 monthly.
