We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• He/She will be responsible for business and sales development to meet profitable growth aspirations.
• Establish sales strategies, portfolio plans, and financial targets for all company’s products in Nigeria and West Africa region.
• Preparation of business sales proposals with commercial and technical inputs for importers, distributors, end users and new businesses.
• To develop robust sales strategies by segment via an in-depth understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
• Create an effective market/distribution strategy, first supporting the existing consumers and distributors while facilitating sales growth.

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Engineering or related field of study. - - Master’s degree is an added advantage.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

• Industry work experience of minimum ten (10) years in selling bearings, power transmission and hydraulics industrial product ranges is a compulsory requirement for the role.
• Ability to demonstrate dynamic communication skills in the English language via email, phone, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings.
• Candidate must have a valid Driver's License and own a car.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite.
