Mecer Consulting Limited - Our client, a Micro-Finance Bank with office in Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Director

Location: Lagos

Qualification / Requirements

• BSc / BA in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field; MSc/MA will be additional advantage.
• At least 6 year marketing experience as chief marketing officer or similar role in a MFB or financial institution.
• Demonstrable experience in developing efficient marketing strategies and plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
• Solid understanding of market research and deploy strategies to win customer traffic.
• Ability to creatively lead the team to profitability.
• Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
• Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation.
• Ability to design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.).
• Ability to build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals and create a solid network of strategic partnerships.
