We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Delta

Job Description

• Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
• Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.
• Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.
• Ensure that stock levels are adequate and orders are made timely.
• Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.

Requirements

• HND, BSc in Administration or any related field
• 2 years experience at a healthcare facility
• Working knowledge of medical terminology,
• Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
• Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
• Excellent documentation, and communication skills
• Passionate about healthcare excellence.
