XII Energy and Resources Limited has grown to become a provider of energy solution to its broad clientele across the south west geo-political zone. It has capacities in all areas requiring solutions for energy services ranging from Offshore Engineering, Power Generation and Distribution, Engineering Procurement and Construction Services, Haulage and Logistics Services, Marine Engineering and Management,  and also has capacity for the supply and distribution of petroleum products including Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), Automotive Gas Oil (AGO), DPK and LPFO at commercial quantities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Oyo

Job Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly.
