Job Title: Sales & Marketing Associate
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- You will be reporting to and working closely with the Marketing Team and Construction Team.
- Find suitable clients for the Company’s properties or third party properties details of which are provided by the Company, and fulfilling the request of such clients.
- Pursue leads and occasionally provide information/leads on the Company’s properties and real estate products.
- Liaise with the content department of the Company for the creation of content on a weekly basis for the running of ads of the Company’s properties and real estate products on various platforms.
- Ensure third-party listings of the Company’s properties and real estate products on various platforms in Nigeria for the listing of real estate products and properties.
- Do all that is necessary and ancillary for the promotion and sale of the Company’s properties and real estate products.
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
Requirements
- Preferred candidate: Must be a Graduate from any discipline
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing of Real Estate products and services
- Extensive knowledge of the Nigeria Real Estate industry
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Excellent Organizational skill and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work weekend.
- Excellent Communication skill.
