Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (South West)
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Develop the company’s products and identify business development opportunities within assigned regions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets as set by Management.
- Devise and present ideas and strategies to promote sales of all the company’s products in the assigned region.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the assigned regions.
- Responsible for coordination of all sales activities and achievement of sales growth in assigned territory
- Appoint key distributors and sub-distributors in assigned regions and grow the business with new and existing customers.
- Supervise distributors’ activities in the region through field visits while ensuring that all company’s products are visible and available in all states within the assigned region.
- Create awareness and visibility for all company’s products in assigned territory; hospitals, hotels, schools, fast food outlets, supermarkets, canteens, cooperative societies, and campuses of higher institutions.
- Be constantly in touch with the market and maintain good rapport with new and existing customers.
- Conduct market surveys and competitive watch, identify trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability within the assigned territory, and advise the Management accordingly.
- Present realistic sales forecast for assigned territory to the management team through the NSM.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Submit the Journey plan weekly and Monthly to the NSM and adhere strictly to the plan.
- Send regional reports to NSM daily, weekly, Monthly & Quarterly.
- Develop and maintain good selling and service culture to maximize sales opportunities
- Follow the company’s policies and market control.
- Any other function as may be assigned by the Management to achieve the company’s goals
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- The preferred candidate should be a resident of Ibadan and have had a similar experience in the FMCG industry with at least 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
- He must be familiar with the business trends in the Southwest Region.
- The ability to drive with a Valid Driver’s License is compulsory.
