The firm covers all areas of construction, including the pre and post phases. Our major expertise is in luxury real estate development. We have also expanded our operations into facility management and direct construction, catering to the discerning real estate investor who wishes to be associated only with bespoke and iconic structures.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Description

  • Oversees Accounting department, budget preparation, and audit functions.
  • Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
  • Identifies opportunities for expansion into new product areas.
  • Oversees investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.
  • Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
  • Manage a team of financial controllers and financial analysts.
  • Ensure compliance with the law and company policies.
  • Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group
  • Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
  • Reviewing all formal finance, HR, and IT-related procedures
  • Manage fundraising plans and capital structure
  • Determine finance KPIs
  • Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role
  • Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.
  • Experience with corporate governance.
