OEA Accounting Services - Our client, a fast moving consumer goods distributor, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Internal Auditor

Location: Kubwa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the internal auditor include:

• Evaluating and improving internal controls to ensure that an organization's financial and operational activities are in compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits to identify areas of risk and inefficiency.
• Communicating audit results, recommendations, and follow-up actions to senior management and stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing audit plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Gathering and analyzing data to identify trends and potential issues.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
• Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external auditors.
• Staying current with laws, regulations, and industry trends relevant to the organization.
• Participating in special projects and investigations as needed.
• Continuously improving the internal audit process and ensuring that audit work is completed in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.

Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND Accounting and Finance

Experience:

• Minimum of three years post graduation work experience. Work experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
• The ideal candidate must have a working knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly (attractive and negotiable).
