Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team.
• The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labour laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including the job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Oversee employee relations and resolve any conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollments and changes, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Maintain HR-related policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs, and provide guidance and support to managers on performance management processes.
• Foster a positive work environment and culture that supports the company's mission and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or HND in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR management.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including experience with employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
