Job Description
- Agents are to Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers.
- To sell insurance policies for personal and corporate vehicles, also liaising with companies.
- To ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction on every purchase and inquiry, willingness to comply with all sales objectives and directives.
- Manage the sales of various Insurance products in a professional manner, Monitor all customer queries and ensure swift response to all issues.
- Maintain an updated knowledge on all companies' new and existing products and services.
- Maintain knowledge on all competitor's products and services, efficient documentation.
- Maintaining all records of sales.
Requirements
- OND / HND / Degree qualification required
- Ability to sell with a proven track record
