Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Play a key role in achieving company sales target & category growth through developing & implementing BTL strategies within brands guidelines as well as customers’ & shoppers’ expectations.
- Drive & facilitate smooth and effective implementation of brand plans (pricing, trade marketing, ROI analysis and stock control).
- Ensuring that all staff are trained on company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service
- Identify sales goals, creating sales plans, providing training opportunities, managing accounts and motivating the term
- Establishing monthly and annual quotas for the team and implementing marketing strategies to analyze trends that cover all aspects from revenue projection to expense control.
- Reviewing sales figures to determine which products are most popular with customers and which needs improvement
- Determining which products should be stocked in each location based on customer preferences and purchasing patterns
- Review marketing plans and activities with the Sales team to evaluate effectiveness and execution of brand targets (distribution and trade marketing activities) and implement methods that will result in greater or heightened efficiency.
Requirements
- First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field with 5 years’ work experience in a similar role.
- FMCG sales experience and track record is required
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Attention to Detail.
