We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Beauty Salon Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the salon, including scheduling appointments, overseeing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer base and revenue.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Train and supervise staff on proper techniques and safety protocols.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.

Requirements
Education:

  • OND / Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration or related field.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the beauty industry.

Skills:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of beauty industry trends and products.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
