Candidate should be able to:
- Establish project plan baseline.
- Monitor and control project execution: Track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and escalation.
- Handle customer and stakeholder management: manage customer relationship and build confidence and trust.
- Communicate effectively.
- Identify potential risk and opportunities proffer mitigation plan for risk and materialized opportunity.
Desired Skills and Experience
- At least 6 years experience in power distribution (transformer and meter installations),
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Hands on experience approach as required.
- Graduate of university or college.
