Job Title: Retail Store Officer
Location: Rivers
Position Summary
- The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, providing information about displayed products to aid the customer in the selection process and deliver an entirely pleasant shopping experience.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Welcomes customers into the store and offering them assistance.
- Assists customers by directing and escorting them to racks and counters while suggesting items.
- Provides useful information on displayed products to aid the buying decision
- Helps customer make selections by stimulating customer interest and offering suggestions and opinions.
- Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Processes payments by totalling purchases, processing checks, cash and store or other payment options such as credit cards.
- Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer purchases and future merchandise of potential interest.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing laid-down tasks and results as required.

Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirements
- At least 1-3 year experience in soft-selling and related proficiencies
- Indirect Customer Services experience and Product Knowledge skills
- High School certificate/ OND/ HND or equivalent qualification
