Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Job Summary
- This position is responsible for being the first point of contact and support to customers on the Yudala online and retail platform via telephone, email and online chat.
- The Customer Service Executive will provide customers with useful product information and details in a pleasant and interesting way to promote patronage and encourage repeat purchases.
- Responsibilities will also include placing and following through on orders and pending order inquiries, while also assisting with day-to-day operations of the department and other projects.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Dealing with customer enquiries, returns and exchanges
- Providing first level support and prompt resolution of issues/complaints or escalating these as appropriate.
- Follow through with escalated complaints to ensure timely resolution by the appropriate department.
- Cold-calling of prospective customers and follow-through to close a sale
- Assist in various departmental projects as required
- Generation of weekly reports highlighting customer retention rate, enquiries, products in high demand and products with high support challenges
- Interface directly with customers and leverage on the relationship to provide critical intelligence to Management on how to improve the customer service experience.
Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirements
- At least 1-3 year of Customer Service experience
- Strong persuasive skills and product knowledge abilities.
- Sound multi-tasking abilities.
- OND/HND or equivalent qualification.
