Job Title: Technical Officer

Location: Warri - Delta

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, testing and preventive maintenance of high-tension switchgears, transformers, low voltage switchboards and cables in Distribution network.
• Carry out predictive maintenance work such as Partial Discharge (PD), Infrared (IR), Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA).
• Timely completion of site work or project documentation such as service report, test report, post servicing report.
• Perform inspection on client electrical installation.
• Prepare method statements, work Instructions and other technical documentation.
• Coordinate logistic arrangement for all maintenance activities.
• Assist to maintain on test equipment to ensure it is in working condition.
• Assist Engineers to attend to Emergency Call-out to rectify electrical faults.
• Adhere to company’s environmental safety health policy and procedure, standard operating procedure and risk assessment.
• Monitor use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work area by practicing organized housekeeping.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications / Competencies

• First Degree / HND in a Technical or Engineering Backgrounds.
• 3 - 5 years Technical or Engineering experiences.
• Highly detail oriented and organized in work.
