Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Job Description
- You are responsible to leading the marketing team and suggest the best marketing techniques for social media and other digital media campaigns.
- The oversight of all aspects of internal and external digital marketing, brand messaging, content marketing, media relations, event management, project managment and overall brand management.
- You will work with other team members across all the department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing plan budget and establish goals and objectives for all marketing activity, and track results and report on completion with company management contacts on a regular basis.
- Stay abreast of current market conditions and trends and incorporate new innovations into company marketing plans—this includes the production and distribution of marketing plans to channel partners and enterprise customers.
- Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
- Own and manage all trade show exhibits and event
- Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives.
- Ensure that all marketing material, and all initiatives, represent value to enterprise customers, including webinars, white papers, and case studies.
- Create and monitor an advertisement on various platform keeping the business vision aligned.
- Conduct surveys as needed to determine position in the market and advance aggressive marketing plans targeted to addressing customer needs.
- Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.
- Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.
- Prepare monthly marketing budget.
- Create monthly reports for the marketing department.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Research about the latest marketing strategies and excel in marketing endeavors competitively.
- Supervise and control the other team members
Requirements
- M.Sc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Proven 8+ years of experience as Head of Marketing, Director of Marketing or a similar role in a reputable organization.
- Professional Certifications such as PCM, Digital Marketing
- Experienced with project management
- Hands-on experience in prolific marketing campaigns.
- Outstanding knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads.
- Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
- Very sound with figures
- Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
