Job Title: Merchant Acquisition Manager - Tech Sales

Job Description

  • We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Merchant Acquisition Manager to join the growing team in the InsureTech industry.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchant partners, managing relationships with existing partners, and driving revenue growth for the platform.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in the Tech industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new merchant partners in the Tech industry, primarily those in the InsureTech space
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new merchant partners and achieve sales targets
  • Manage relationships with existing merchant partners, including conducting regular check-ins, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with the Operations team to onboard new merchant partners and ensure a smooth transition onto our platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to drive revenue growth and improve the merchant partner experience
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and presentations to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the Tech industry
  • Background experience: Tech sales, Insuretech
  • Strong understanding of the InsureTech industry and the needs of merchant partners in this space
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with merchant partners and internal teams
  • Results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive results
  • Experience working with CRM tools and other sales software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary
300,000 / Month
