Job Descriprion

  • Our client is looking to hire a Key Account Manager to be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts in the PropTech/Construction industry.
  • You will be the main point of contact for these clients and will be responsible for maintaining and growing their business with the company.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, account management, and the PropTech/Construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the PropTech/Construction industry
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and objectives and develop plans to meet those objectives
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the company's services and to identify potential issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions to meet client needs
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, as well as identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities for growth
  • Maintain accurate records of all account activity, sales, and customer communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the PropTech/Construction industry.
  • Background experience: PropTech, Construction.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
