- Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Sales Supervisor to join the growing team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team to develop and maintain relationships with customers and increase sales revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate leads and follow up on them to increase sales revenue.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide training and coaching to sales team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Background experience: Logistics.
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of logistics industry trends and market conditions.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel if required.
Salary Range
N200,000 monthly.
