Job Title: Head of Investment

Location: Durumi, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Sell company's financial products.
• Lead the investment sales team.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and close sales.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Work with team members to build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.

Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
• 5 - 7 years work experience.
• Proven working experience as a sales executive/Head or a relevant role.
• Result oriented.
• Proven sales track record.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Market knowledge.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport.
• Time management and planning skills.
