Sagad Farms owns and operates on a 420 Hectares of land in Tiga Dam Area of Kano State.We own state of the art machines and irrigation facilities that enable us to be in production all year round. The company invests in commercial seed rice, paddy production, aggregation and Agric Services.In recent years we have expanded into other field crops such as maize, sorghum and soy beans. Leveraging on its distribution network and strong expertise in Rice production, Sagad Farms has ventured into milling to create more direct market presence in the country.

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Associate (South-south)

Summary of Position

• The Sales and marketing associate shall be responsible to coordinate sales, marketing, and advertising initiatives. S/he shall assist in developing suitable marketing material, prepare sales proposals, as well as analyze sales and marketing metrics.

Detailed Listing of Responsibilities

• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals.
• Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
• Preparing sales forecast reports and submitting them to management.
• Developing effective sales strategies to increase company sales.
• Collaborating with the marketing design and content marketing teams to produce quality advertising material for company products and services.
• Maintaining an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches.
• Analyzing market trends, sales and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements for the Position:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Possess 3-5 years’ working experience in the rice mill industry as a sales & marketing representative.
• Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and marketing software.
