Key Job Roles
- Achieve the overall set target for the QSR by pro-actively contributing to the formulation and direction of the Mama Cass strategy and implement projects and trials for the Area.
- Achieve the overall set target for the QSR by effectively managing profit& loss within allocated budget in order to ensure a profitable performance for the Area.
- Achieve the overall set target for the QSR by clearly and concisely communicating business and Area objectives to Outlet managers so that they remain well informed of business activities and of their required contribution to targets.
- Achieve the overall set target for the QSR by effectively managing the performance and development of outlet managers to drive and maximizethe sales performance throughout the Area.
- Achieve the overall set target for the QSR by encouragingmanagers to seek and continuously develop knowledge of competitor activity and local market conditions with the purpose of making appropriate and innovative recommendations to drive the business forward.
Educational Requirement
- Minimum Educational Requirement: BSc
- Maximum Educational Requirement: M.Sc
Actual Educational Qualification:
- Discipline (Academic Qualification): Food Science Technology, Business Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management
- Professional Qualification
Minimum Relevant Work Experience:
