Job Description

• Welcoming visitors and introducing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Answering telephone calls.
• Establish and nurture relationship with clients and potential customers to facilitate sales.
• Follow up prospects / clients via emails and text messages.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s various product.

Requirements

• OND, HND, B.Sc in Business Administration, Banking and Finance or Economics
• 1 - 3 years experience in customer care or telemarketing.
• Excellent phone etiquette and good communication skill.
• Applicants must reside within Ipaja Alimosho and environs.
