Job Description

• A Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets.
• They work with a wide range of data sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to inform business decisions.
• The Data Analyst also works with stakeholders to develop and maintain data visualization tools that help communicate findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process large datasets from multiple sources.
• Analyse data using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and insights for Management decision making.
• Develop and maintain data visualization tools to help communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
• Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and provide insights to inform business decisions.
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support business needs.
• Collaborate with other members of the data team to develop and implement data solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation of data processes and data definitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
• 5 - 8 years experience working in the same capacity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and other data analysis tools.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Knowledge of database design and data modelling.
• Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous Experience of working on Sales force Automation (SFA) will be an added advantage.
