We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supermarket Supervisor

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive warm welcome and exceptional customer services.
• Monitor the store to ensure standard hygiene and safety guidelines are adhered to by customers and subordinates.
• Monitor items on the shelf or products on displays to encourage customer purchases.
• Carry out regular check on the stocks to prevent damages or theft.
• Carry out training and re-training of staff on excellent customer services.
• Carry out stock/inventory reconciliation on daily basis to avoid stock out.
• Drive all subordinates to attend to customers' needs and requests courteously.
• Liaise with the supply chain/procurement team to ensure timely delivery of stock e.t.c

Academic Qualifications and Skills

• OND or HND in Social Science or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in a supermarket.
• Attention to details and sociable personality.
• Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure from customers.
• A good team player and problem solving skills.
• Ability to track inventory.
• Computer savvy and ability to use Microsoft Office.
