We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Experienced Bakery Supervisor
Location: Ring Road, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Summary of Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent production of bread and other products at all times.
- Ensure compliance with relevant food processing regulations in the various sections of the bakery.
- Ensure the bakery environment meet maximum standard requirements in terms of display of items to encourage customer purchases
- Carry out regular monitoring of production materials, equipment and staff to avoid wastages.
- Monitor all operations equipment to avoid any brake down,
- Carry out regular stock/inventory reconciliation to avoid stock out.
- Carry out daily reconciliation of all sales lodgments i.e cash and electronics payment to ensure correctness of all transactions.
- Drive all subordinates to ensure exceptional customer services.
Academic Qualification and Skills
- OND or HND in Food and Beverages, Food Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in the same capacity.
- Good knowledge of recipe for different categories of bread or baking techniques.
- Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
- Creative and Innovative mind.
- Ability to proactively meet demands and pressure of customers.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Computer savvy and ability to use Microsoft Office.
